- Please complete your Free and Reduced Price School Meal application online at EZMealApp.com.
- If you do not have access to a computer, one will be available in our school office for you use.
- Online applications will be available beginning on Friday, July 8, 2016.
- Hard copies of the application will be available on Tuesday, August 9. If you already submitted an online application, do not submit a hard copy application.
- Applications must be submitted every school year.
- Households who applied the previous school year and had students that were eligible for free or reduced price meals must submit a new application.
- If an application is not received by the School Food Service Branch (SFSB) by Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016, students will be changed to full-pay status.
- If you provide an email address, an email confirmation letter will be sent to you by School Food Service Branch.
